The Role Teach Now is recruiting a passionate and knowledgeable Mathematics Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Brent. Key Responsibilities • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons in line with the national curriculum. • Teach across KS3 and KS4, with potential for KS5 depending on experience. • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity and confidence. • Use a variety of strategies to support and stretch learners of all abilities. • Track and assess progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents. • Contribute to departmental planning, curriculum development, and enrichment activities. About You • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – suitable for experienced teachers or ECTs. • Excellent subject knowledge in Mathematics and strong curriculum understanding. • Proven ability to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning climate. • Reflective, organised, and committed to continuous improvement. • Passionate about empowering young people through high-quality teaching.
