Marketing Analyst

Position Overview The Marketing Support role is essential in helping the marketing team execute high-impact campaigns, manage digital content, and support initiatives that drive brand awareness and lead generation. This position is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare innovation, technology, and storytelling through data and creativity. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Support the creation and distribution of content (blogs, newsletters, social media posts, case studies, and email marketing). Maintain and update marketing collateral, website content, and promotional materials. Help manage CRM and marketing automation tools to track campaigns, leads, and analytics. Coordinate events, webinars, and conferences, including logistics, invitations, and post-event follow-ups. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activities, and opportunities in the HealthTech space. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, and Customer Success) to ensure consistent brand messaging. Monitor social media performance and engagement, providing insights and improvement suggestions. Track and report on key marketing metrics and campaign performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role (experience in HealthTech, MedTech, or SaaS is a plus). Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.). Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Basic knowledge of SEO, social media strategy, and content marketing. Creative thinker with an analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
