Trainee Recruiter – English Speaking Apprenticeship Location: Rome, Italy Company: Eligo Recruitment Salary: Competitive with commission full training and progression Start your career in recruitment with Eligo. We’re looking for motivated, Native-level Italian speakers with strong English skills to join our team in Rome on an apprentice scheme as trainee Recruiters. You’ll take part in a structured 12-month training programme through the Eligo Academy, followed by a 3-year apprenticeship as a Senior Delivery Consultant. This is a long-term opportunity to develop professional skills, earn while you learn, and build a successful career in recruitment — no prior experience required.
