Reception & Attendance Intern

In CTGE we are looking for a Reception & Attendance Intern to join our Administrative Office team and support our mission of powering the world with renewable energy. In this role, you will learn and support in different tasks: To provide support in the reception of delegations, including information coordination, itinerary preparation, and arrangements for vehicles, accommodation, and dining. To coordinate with relevant departments during delegations’ stay, and to handle related budget applications and reimbursement work. To manage company apartments, including searching for flats, negotiating rental conditions, coordinating contracts and payments, and liaising with cleaning companies to maintain hygiene of both collective and individual apartments. To support management of fixed assets (offices etc). Administration work, including expense reimbursement, travel arrangements, etc. Qualifications: Degree in Communication, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline/equivalent work experience. Chinese (Native - C2), Spanish (Advanced - C1) and English (Advanced - B2/C1) . Intermediate to Advanced level of proficiency with Windows OS, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
