Social Lead (Gaming focused)

We’re hiring: Social Lead (Gaming focused) At Officer & Gentleman, we’re looking for a Social Media & Community Creative to join our team and collaborate with one of our international gaming clients. We need someone who doesn’t just manage communities, but lives and breathes social media, bringing fresh ideas, creative activations, and bold concepts to every project. What you’ll do: Define KPI targets numerically and track performance. Build and maintain the global social media strategy. Deliver a monthly content calendar. Reactive posts Lead and manage social media strategies and community engagement for a leading gaming brand. Coordination between client and agency’s creative team. Develop creative campaigns, activations, and content ideas tailored to gamers and gaming culture. Monitor and interact with the community daily, keeping them active and engaged. Work closely with our creative team to shape concepts that resonate with gamers worldwide. Travel to Poland occasionally for client meetings and activations. What we’re looking for: 5 years of proven experience in social media, community management, and creative strategy. Data and results driven. You know how to audit a brand, spot opportunities, and set realistic, measurable goals to take it to the next level. Fluent in English (100%) written and spoken. A true gamer at heart. You know the culture, trends, memes, and what makes the gaming community tick. A proactive mindset, with the ability to pitch new ideas and challenge the status quo.
