In this role, you'll use your practical experience to teach and support students on Electrical Installation courses, helping them develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the industry. The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent), be JIB Approved, and have a passion for mentoring and developing others. Teaching experience isn't required, just a desire to pass on your trade knowledge and start a long-term career in education. The Role: Full teacher training and CPD provided (up to Level 5) Deliver engaging, practical, and theory-based Electrical Installation sessions Support students at Levels 1-3 throughout their qualifications Contribute to curriculum planning and department improvement Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week (early finish Fridays) The Person: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) JIB Approved / 18th Edition qualified Passionate about mentoring and developing future electricians Hard-working, enthusiastic, and eager to learn new skills
