The WEX UX team is responsible for designing customer experiences for many different types of users. We work in the health, travel, payments & fleet space. Our team collaborates across all different verticals to make sure we are creating the best experiences that can be used across different platforms. You will be expected to contribute to all aspects of design and execution, including pitching your ideas, designing products and features (workflow, visual design, interaction design, and prototyping), and partnering with research to test your ideas. You will work with development to implement the approved vision. We contribute ideas and work well with these cross-functional teams to create concise UX proposals.What you’ll do: Collaborate with Product and UX Team Lead to translate concepts into user flows, visualizations and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences with an emphasis on both customer-facing applications, both desktop and mobile form factor. Deliver wireframes and visualizations optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces with a focus device-agnostic design. Make strategic design and user-experience recommendations related to both core and new functions and features. Identify workflow and experience problems, and suggest elegant solutions. Ensure a user-centered design approach, rapid test and learn methodology. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders. Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas.
