Job Description

As a Sales Representative you will become part of our extraordinary Pet Vet Business Unit and you will be part of the team on the territory, bringing your experience and passion directly to our customers. You will be responsible for achieving the sales targets of the assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our veterinary clinics to understand their dynamics and needs, build value for the customer and collaborate with the company to offer the best solution for our pets. Responsibilities Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory. Maintain a high level of customer engagement and promote the company, its products and activities at all levels within the marketplace. Follow communication requirements, manage time and territory, and follow up with customers and cross‑functional partners, recording learnings and objectives in CRM and leveraging pre‑ and post‑call processes to enhance engagement. Identify and target key decision‑makers and influencers within accounts and clinics to optimize business impact. Monitor territory market trends, competitor products and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and share information with relevant colleagues. Demonstrate high ethical and professional standards in all business contacts, maintaining the company’s excellent reputation. Engage customers using the BI AH Selling model, building value and advancing the sale, and leverage multi‑channel and close‑loop marketing tools. Show a deep understanding of BIAH products, competitors and animal health industry trends, and share insights through appropriate channels. Requirements University scientific degree (VET preferred). Native level of Italian language and fluent English. Minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably in the animal health industry. Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills. Analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Well‑developed selling and negotiation skills, teamwork and growth mindset. Experience or understanding of AAI and account management. Valid driving license. Residency within the assigned geographical territory. Nice to have: sales experience in a clinic.
