The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching on-campus, face-to-face classes to undergraduate students. Responsibilities: * Teach courses in accordance with established syllabi * Prepare course materials * Deliver engaging and interactive classroom instruction * Evaluate and grade student work in a timely and effective manner * Facilitate field experiences in collaboration with program personnel * Communicate student concerns to program personnel * Attend program meetings *Minimum Qualifications (Required): * * A Master's degree in Elementary or Special Education, or a Master's degree in Secondary Education with a STEM focus. * Experience teaching in the elementary or middle grades * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Ability to teach on-campus, face-to-face classes during the day * Commitment to anti-racist, culturally responsive education. *Preferred Qualifications: * * A Doctorate in Elementary or Special Education or a Master's degree in Secondary Education with a STEM focus * Higher education teaching experience * Experience mentoring pre-service or novice teachers * Experience teaching in Massachusetts K-12 public schools * Experience in literacy instruction is highly desired *Special Instructions to Applicants:* Review of applications will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled.
