Commercial Air Conditioning Service / Breakdown Engineer Midlands & UK travel | £30,000 – £45,000 DOE Overtime | Company Van Benefits We’re looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Service / Breakdown Engineer to join our growing team. This is a mobile role covering a range of commercial and domestic sites, carrying out servicing, maintenance, and reactive breakdowns. You’ll need solid fault-finding experience, a hands-on approach, and the ability to work independently while delivering top-level customer care. What you’ll be doing: * Service, maintenance & breakdown repairs on air conditioning systems * Fault-finding & diagnostics to deliver first-time fixes * Liaising with clients & ensuring compliance with industry standards * Occasional travel outside the Midlands with overtime available What we’re looking for: * Recognised AC apprenticeship proven commercial experience * Strong knowledge of service, fault-finding & repair * Flexible approach & willingness to join call-out rota * Full UK driving licence & basic IT skills
