Excellent in writing, interpersonal communications and organization skills; Detail oriented and good time management; Multi-tasking with effective decision making; Independent person and also a strong team player; Proficient with MS office. what will you do This role focuses on optimizing production processes, troubleshooting equipment issues, and driving operational excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams. High School degree, college degree preferred with minimum 5 years of relative working experience in electronic/high-tech or computer industry preferred experience with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards Familiarity with computer or electronic components testing and inspection and possess basic mechanical knowledge Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) knowledge Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness Ability to comprehend spoken and written English and to work overtime and weekends depending on business demands Flexible and results-driven approach to working hours Able to perform well under pressure Solid understanding of computer system assembly an Lean management is plus where will you work Super micro is a global leader in high-end server technology and innovation of IT products.
