Wide range of services from pediatric to geriatric and also employment screenings/occupational medicine. ROLE Physician leads a competent team consisting of a pharmacist, nurse, health coach, behavioral health specialist & medical assistant.Schedule 8-5:30 M-F ( can do 4x10hr shifts) Last patient 4:40pNO CALLAverage time per patient visit 30 minutes OR Annual Wellness visits 1hrIndependent Primary care center not hospital affiliatedAverage 12-15 patients a day/ Complex patients seen 6-8x's a year PACKAGESalary $230-$250k commensurate w exp 10% BonusMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability coveragesFree Urgent Care401k retirement planCME 1 week 4 weeks Vacation 6 paid holidays
