Highlights: Children’s Oncology Group participating institution with active IRB Not-for-profit academic teaching hospital in an urban setting focused on advancing child healthcare Oncology attendings see all types of childhood cancer, including solid tumors, liquid tumors, and brain/CNS tumors Surveillance of cancer predispositions including NF1, Li-Fraumeni, Beckwith-Weidemann, DICER-1 Management of childhood cancer survivors Multidisciplinary practice includes Tumor Board, Advanced Practice Providers, experienced oncology nurses, Oncology Clinical Pharmacist, Social Work, and Child-life specialists Physicians expected to share in day (inpatient) and night/weekend call coverage.
