Position Summary Interior Health is hiring Community Integration Care Coordinator (CICC) RN at the 100 Mile House Hospital located in 100 Mile House, BC. This position is a combination being the team lead for the Mental Health and Substance Use team (MHSU) and providing Seniors Mental Health services, supervises eight staff, plus casuals, the caseload varies as this role is primary a leadership role, this is not an excluded position. Relocation expenses may be covered with a return of service agreement. This is a Permanent Full-Time position. About the role: The Community Integration Care Coordinator (CICC) practices in accordance with the standards of professional practice and code of ethics as outlined by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) as well as within a client and family centered care model. The CICC is responsible for the coordination of day-to-day operations and quality client care within designated clinical areas and supports the seamless movement of clients through the healthcare system and in accessing appropriate resources. The CICC supervises as well as serves as a role model and a resource to staff for clinical decision-making, the clinical assessments of clients and in the counselling and education of families. Reviews, analyses, and makes recommendations on the development of administrative systems such as policies, procedures and standards of client care, adequate staffing levels, and a continuous quality improvement environment. Qualfications Education, Training and Experience: Graduation from an approved School of Nursing with current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM). Advanced preparation in the clinical specialty of the assigned area(s), three years of recent related clinical experience in the assigned practice environment(s) and two years recent supervisory and teaching experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
