Position : V28281 Expected Start Date: November 17, 2025 Union: SUN Facility: Pasqua Hospital City/Town: Regina Department: Orthopedic Nursing Unit - 4C Type: Full-time temporary Expected Up to Date: March 01, 2026 FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Hours of Work: 28 shifts of 8 hours per 6 weeks Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse B $42.040 to $52.440 Travel Required: No Job Description: Reporting to the Manager, the Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) is responsible for promoting the Mission, Vision and Values of the Health Authority through the provision of safe quality nursing care to clients. The Clinical Resource Nurse educates, mentors and supports unit staff, promotes patient safety, occupational health and safety and quality improvement on the unit. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience Requires a minimum of five (5) years recent nursing experience related to the clinical program area Previous leadership experience is required Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Licenses Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) Basic Life Support Instructor Certificate (BLS) Knowledge & Abilities Understands principles of adult education Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrates initiative, self-direction, and the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in an integrated multidisciplinary team The ability to facilitate teamwork is essential Strong leadership skills are essential Other Information Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) For more information on the city of Regina please visit https://www.regina.ca/ Other specialty certifications related to the clinical program area as required
