Karriere, Head Hunter Company (Aut. Min. 15/2021) search for a multinational in the automotive sector, a TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST Reports to: Head of People Management As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting and hiring top talent to support the company’s objectives. You will be responsible for executing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding successful hires. Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role and company culture Ensure that the selection processes are closed within reasonable timelines. If not, redefine search strategies with the assistance of HR Business Partners Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other hiring activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring teams Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and integration into the team Essential Competencies University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment Fluency in both Italian and English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple, dynamic priorities and tight deadlines Goal-oriented and open-minded, with a proactive and "can do" attitude to work Available to travel to foreign plants The application must include explicit authorization to process personal data pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
