What You’ll Be Doing Coordinating and contributing to Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) for a variety of projects. Writing and reviewing technical reports and appendices on environmental assessments. Liaising with clients, statutory bodies, and stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant project delivery. Conducting or supporting field surveys and interpreting technical data. Supporting or leading project management to ensure scopes, budgets, and timelines are met. Delegating tasks and providing guidance to junior team members. About You 3–10 years’ experience in EIA consultancy. Comfortable managing your own projects and contributing to multi-disciplinary teams. Able to produce clear, concise technical reports and assess environmental risks. Experienced in engaging with clients and regulatory authorities. Confident mentoring or delegating to junior colleagues. Bonus: Experience with renewable energy or infrastructure projects. Preferred Backgrounds: Environmental science, ecology, geology, hydrology, or civil engineering. Knowledge of EIA processes and regulatory requirements. Not suitable: Acoustics or air quality-focused candidates. About the Company Cardiff office, hybrid working expected in-office 3 days/week.
