️ Structural Engineer – Glasgow Glasgow (Hybrid – typically 2/3 days in the office) £40,000 – £50,000 Benefits Chartership Support Confidential consultancy | Buildings & Infrastructure (Scotland UK) About the Role I’m recruiting a Structural Engineer who wants genuine career progression in a collaborative, supportive team. You’ll work on a mix of buildings and infrastructure projects across Scotland and the wider UK, owning design packages, contributing to site delivery, and producing high-quality technical outputs alongside experienced seniors. Key Responsibilities Deliver structural analysis and detailed design to current codes, standards, and H&S requirements. Provide input to drawings, specs, and technical reports . Attend site inspections , liaise with contractors, and resolve design queries during construction. Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate practical, buildable solutions. Support senior engineers and mentor graduates as part of project teams. About You BEng/MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering . Working toward chartership (IStructE/ICE). Proven design experience in steel, concrete, timber, and masonry . Comfortable with industry software (e.g., TSD, Tedds or similar). Strong communicator and team player with solid time management. Prior UK consultancy experience and a clean driving licence . What’s on Offer £40,000 – £50,000 (DOE) flexible hybrid working.
