What You'll Do As Head of Faculty, you’ll: Lead and inspire a team of curriculum managers and teaching staff to deliver outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment across 16-18 and adult education. Design and implement innovative curriculum solutions aligned with local, regional and national skills needs. Collaborate with employers and stakeholders to ensure real-world relevance and progression routes for learners. Drive continuous improvement through robust quality systems and performance management. Take strategic ownership of business planning, resource management, and learner success outcomes.
