Job Description
This role will focus on business development and growth, with a partnership engagement approach to create new business opportunities. Along with showcasing and increase brand awareness, via social media marketing campaigns across a number of approved platforms. Main responsibilities and duties: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted campaigns and relationship building. Build and maintain strong relationships and prospective clients. Represent the company at external networking and expo events to promote our services. Maintain a CRM system for the tracking of new business/ lead progression. To actively support the promotion and evolution of the brand. Social Media Management including content creation. Tracking and reporting campaign results. To effectively and successfully carry out the Development Plan To generate marketing, connections and opportunities ideas supported with documented proposals. To prepare weekly/monthly activity summary reports. We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated individual who has excellent interpersonal communication and networking skills. The right candidate will be:- Proactive and results driven. Have a natural appetite to engage. A track record of successfully driving business growth. Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team player. Flexible with working hours, potentially attending some after-hours events. Must have a full UK clean driving licence and own car. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience within a Business Development function.
