Job Title: Interim Reward Analyst Contract Type: Day Rate (£300–£450 per day) Location: Remote-first or Hybrid (UK-based) Start Date: Immediate or Short Notice Preferred Duration: 3–6 months (with potential for extension) About the Company We’re working with a market-leading energy and minerals business undergoing an exciting phase of growth following a recent acquisition. With a global footprint and a strong commitment to innovation and sustainability, this organisation is seeking an experienced Interim Reward Analyst to support its dynamic HR team during a period of transformation. Role Overview As Interim Reward Analyst, you’ll play a key role in harmonising reward structures post-acquisition. You’ll work closely with HR and business leaders to ensure consistency, transparency, and alignment across job architecture and grading frameworks. Key Responsibilities Support the integration of reward structures following a recent acquisition Conduct job evaluations using WTW Grading methodology Develop and refine Job Architecture frameworks to ensure consistency across functions Analyse compensation data and provide insights to support decision-making Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reward practices align with business strategy Assist with Workday-related reward processes (desirable but not essential) Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience in reward analysis within complex, matrixed organisations Strong understanding of WTW Grading and job evaluation methodologies Experience designing or implementing Job Architecture frameworks Advanced data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar) Familiarity with Workday or other HRIS platforms (preferred) Able to hit the ground running and work independently in a fast-paced environment
