The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to take a strategic role within the People Leadership team, shaping and delivering the people agenda across a diverse and dynamic workforce. Working closely with senior leadership, this person will play a key role in supporting organisational development, driving engagement and retention, and ensuring the organisation is well-positioned for future success. This FTC role offers the chance to influence meaningful change and be part of a values-driven culture where people genuinely come first. Responsibilities of the People Business Partner include: Partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that support business goals. Lead and influence organisational change initiatives, embedding strong engagement and capability building. Coach and support managers on talent planning, performance, and employee experience. Drive the delivery of workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives. Requirements of the People Business Partner include: Proven HR Business Partnering or senior people leadership experience in a fast-paced environment. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification, with strong employment law knowledge. Demonstrable expertise in organisational change and talent development. Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills.
