Industrial Safety Manager Location: Sizewell B Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 37.5 hours per week Salary: Competitive, with comprehensive benefits package Join Dalkia as our new Industrial Safety Manager at Sizewell B We’re looking for a dedicated safety professional to lead on-site health, safety, and environmental practices at one of the UK’s most important energy facilities. This is a full-time, permanent role offering the opportunity to make a real impact within a high-profile environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee industrial safety and environmental systems on site Lead daily meetings with EDF, our end client Conduct site inspections to ensure teams are adhering to safety standards Maintain and enforce the highest safety and compliance levels Promote a strong SHEQ culture and drive quality assurance Build and manage stakeholder relationships effectively Provide line management to the Subcontractor Manager About You You’re an organised, safety-focused professional with proven experience in high-risk or COMAH-regulated environments. You’re confident in driving standards, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring full compliance.
