What You’ll Be Doing Deliver expert advice on trust creation, administration and complex tax matters Act as a specialist within a wider Private Client function – supporting teams across the business Lead on matters involving trust settlements and related documentation Play a visible role in driving high-value workstreams and supporting future team growth What You’ll Bring Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive (3–10 years PQE) Strong technical expertise across trusts and tax in a Private Client context Experience drafting trust-related documents and advising on IHT, CGT, and estate planning Proven ability to handle complex files independently and with commercial judgement Who This Suits You’re a trusts and tax specialist who thrives on complexity and values long-term progression.
