Travel Nursing Job Details Location: Hyannis, Massachusetts (02601) – Cape Cod Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Unit: ICU and CVICU (float between units) Start Date: December 1, 2025 End Date: February 28, 2026 Contract Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00pm – 7:30am), every other weekend, rotating holidays, unpaid lunch Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2100–$2250 ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications At least 1 year of recent ICU or critical care nursing experience required Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification Completion of pharmacology and basic arrhythmia exams (or willingness to complete upon hire) Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking) Preferred: BSN, CCRN, TCAR, de-escalation certification, and experience with hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator care, and intracranial pressure monitoring ICU RN Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation Administer medications and monitor patient responses in a critical care setting Guide and direct patient care, teaching, and activities of ancillary healthcare staff Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation Conduct comprehensive patient assessments (physical, psychological, social) Develop and communicate care plans with allied healthcare providers Utilize computerized nursing informatics systems proficiently Serve as a resource for patient care, orientation, and staff education Follow all safety and infection control protocols Participate in quality improvement and professional development initiatives Represent the hospital positively within the Hyannis community and maintain patient confidentiality Perform additional duties as assigned by nursing supervisors Apply now to join our healthcare team as a travel ICU Registered Nurse in Hyannis, Massachusetts, and take the next step in your nursing career!
