Position: Access and Collection IT Field Specialist Job Type: Full Time On-site with Travel Location: Columbia, MD Clearance Requirements: TS SCI Eligible and ability to pass CI polygraph Travel: 50% ABOUT THE TEAM You will be working alongside other developers and engineers who support a dynamic, fast paced, and cutting edge mission. WHAT YOU’LL DO You’ll lead SIXGEN’s efforts to • Identify access points and plans to support network collection based on requirements. • Develop, plan, and execute collection efforts. • Stay on the leading edge of new collection technologies and methods. You’ll work closely with end-users to identify requirements, conceptualize capabilities, and drive collection efforts. Preferred skills include: • Network design • General tradesman skills (drywall, electrical, HVAC, plumbing) • Understanding of construction sites and construction projects REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • US Citizen with TS SCI eligibility and ability to pass CI polygraph • GED and 10 years of experience OR • Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Cyber Operations, Computer Networks, Cybersecurity, Information Security, and Information Assurance from an accredited university/college, and/or a Trade Certification/License. AND 7 years of experience OR • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Cyber Operations, Computer Networks, Cybersecurity, Information Security, and Information Assurance from an accredited university/college AND 4 years of experience OR • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Cyber Operations, Computer Networks, Cybersecurity, Information Security, and Information Assurance from an accredited university/college AND 2 years of experience COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: $136,000 to $184,320 with ability for overtime The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. The final salary offer will be determined after a thorough review of the candidate's background and alignment with the role.
