Role Overview As a Senior Building Surveyor , you will: Lead site inspections, assessing building conditions and identifying defects. Produce high-quality, detailed reports with clear, actionable recommendations. Manage projects across multiple sectors including prime residential, healthcare, education, heritage, and leisure. Liaise confidently with clients, contractors, and stakeholders — acting as a trusted advisor. Ensure compliance with all building regulations, statutory obligations, and H&S standards. Maintain rigorous project documentation and uphold quality assurance processes. About You MRICS qualified (or actively working toward chartered status). Proven experience leading surveys and managing multi-sector projects. Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and regulatory compliance. Commercially astute, client-focused, and confident in front of stakeholders. Exceptional analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Proficient with CAD and industry-standard surveying tools.
