TA Partner/ TA Manager Competitive Salary dependant on experience London Hybrid (3 days in office) Law As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for the organisation. You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience aligned to the wider global strategy with local knowledge and nuance. More about the role: Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. More about you: Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a professional services environment. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
