Experienced Residential Property Solicitor – Central London Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid Working Are you an experienced Conveyancer ready to take the next step in your legal career? The Role: You’ll manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Shared ownership and new build properties Using a leading case management system, you’ll handle files from instruction through to completion, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and service level requirements. Key Responsibilities: Manage your own caseload independently and efficiently Provide clear, accurate legal advice to clients Draft contracts and legal documents Liaise with Solicitors, Lenders, Brokers and Local Authorities Supervise and support paralegals Ensure accurate billing and fund transfers Deliver an exceptional client experience using modern conveyancing systems What We’re Looking For: Minimum 1 year of experience managing residential conveyancing files from start to finish Strong knowledge of new build and shared ownership transactions Excellent communication and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy in legal drafting A proactive, team-oriented approach with a passion for client care What’s on Offer?
