Commercial Property Solicitor – York A leading Yorkshire based law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its well established Corporate and Commercial team in York. This role would suit a motivated and commercially minded solicitor with 5 to 9 years PQE who thrives on providing expert advice across a broad range of commercial property matters. The Role You will play a key role in delivering high quality advice and building strong relationships with a varied client base, covering the full spectrum of commercial property work including: • Acquisitions and disposals • Commercial leases and renewals • Development work • Landlord and tenant matters • Corporate support on property transactions You will manage your own caseload efficiently using a case management system, provide guidance to colleagues where required and contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the team.
