The Role You’ll join a busy, well-structured team that handles a broad range of residential property transactions, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases New build transactions Lease extensions and variations Acting for both lenders and borrowers Shared ownership and joint ownership matters Complex leasehold work, including retirement properties and developments Working alongside senior solicitors, paralegals and a hands-on partner team, you’ll manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, with the support and systems you need to succeed. What You’ll Bring Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive Ideally 1–5 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing Confident handling both freehold and leasehold transactions Technically strong, with a keen eye for detail and risk management Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing volume work efficiently Team-oriented, with a positive, professional approach Why This Role?
