Disrepair Trade Supervisor Tower Hamlets - covering all London properties Up to £44,000 Hyde is looking to recruit a Trade Supervisor. As a Trade Supervisor at Hyde, you will play a key role within the Disrepairs Team, ensuring a customer-focused approach and effective management of complex repair cases. This is a mobile role, with your main office based in Peckham, covering properties across London and occasionally in Kent. Responsibilities Manage the team to ensure that key performance indicators, such as Customer Satisfaction, RTF and repairs priorities, are achieved and that works orders are closed down within agreed timescales. Manage trades operatives to ensure right first-time completion of jobs and that all health and safety is complied with, to safeguard our staff and the public. Ensure that works allocation is monitored to ensure full use of time is achieved. Monitor budgets ensuring repair jobs are correctly raised and allocated to the correct budget codes to ensure correct capitalisation of works. Build effective stakeholder relations and attend meetings with service providers and residents and internal stakeholders as and when required. You may be required to cover both London Bridge and Peckham office occasionally. Skills and Experience Required Experience managing a team advantageous but not essential Experience working within social housing is required Strong knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations, procedures, and standards. Able to communicate clearly and effectively both though verbal and written communication for coordinating with internal and external stakeholder.
