Marketing Manager

A FMCG located in Mobeni, seeks an experienced Marketing Manager who is willing to grow in a rapidly growing business. This Management role will be responsible for collaborating effectively across functions within Group and in-country teams to support the implementation of the Group's Marketing strategies. Competencies: Proactive and independent, with high levels of initiative, and a proven track record in delivering high quality, detailed and accurate work. Ability to work effectively in a pressured, deadline driven environment Enjoy collaborating with others. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Enjoy coaching and mentoring, with a view to setting others up for success. Experience in working as an effective team player in a dynamic team environment. Willingness to travel extensively into all areas of operation Min 2 years Experience Strong skills in digital marketing Creative and on the ball attitude. Able to create structure and processes Attention to detail and work under pressure Passion for marketing and events Job Specification: Complete management of the department by mapping out daily tasks, projects and social media. Develop and manage an entire marketing plan Planning and executing of all promotions and exhibitions with co-ordination between suppliers, network and sales force.
