Job Description

Duties include Sell the maximum number of new & pre-owned cars Finance applications Build and maintain strong, sustainable customer relationships. Exceed customer expectations through timely delivery of quality products/services. Resolve customer queries to ensure satisfaction and retention. Meet and surpass brand and CSI (Customer Service Index) targets. Manage leads and client relationships using CMS/Dealer Management Systems. Stay updated on evolving customer needs and adapt with innovation. Drive business growth through targeted sales strategies. Achieve OEM and Group vehicle sales targets. Innovate and implement new sales techniques. Understand and promote product specs, benefits, and value propositions. Analyse customer, market, and competitor behaviour; adjust sales strategies. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (FICA, FAIS, CPA, POPIA). Uphold the companys image, brand, and ethical standards at all times. Requirements: Must have min 2 years Automotive Car Sales experience at a franchise dealership preferably, VW, Ford, Toyota, Suzuki, Chery, Hyundai, Kia, Haval, GWM, Mahindra Experience in new & used car sales, aftersales, F&I, and financial parameters. Strong negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of FICA, FAIS, CPA, and related legislation. Proficient in MS Office, social media, and dealer systems (CMS or similar). Fluent in English & Afrikaans (additional local language an advantage). Proof of recent sales required Based in or close to Boksburg preferred. Clear background checks essential.
