Job Description
Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) Tertiary qualification in Reception or Secretary Studies (advantageous) Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English Strong computer literacy (MS Office, email, data entry and EXCEL Own reliable vehicle Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail Key Responsibilities: Front-office and administrative support Answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars Filing, photocopying, and document preparation Data entry and basic reporting Supporting various departments with ad hoc tasks Assisting with internal communications and event planning Running errands and organizing personal appointments for executives Liaising with suppliers and coordinating inventory tasks Interacting professionally with blue-collar staff and senior management Ideal Candidate Traits: Adaptable and proactive Professional and discreet Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Able to work independently and as part of a team
