Temporary Full-Time Admin Support - School Office (Veritas Education) Location: Various schools across West Yorkshire Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday Contract: Short and long term assignments as required Veritas Education is currently seeking experienced School Administrators to provide full-time, ongoing support within school offices. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a strong background in school administration who are looking for consistent work and the chance to make a real impact in educational settings. ✅ Key Requirements: Essential: Previous experience working in a school office environment. Essential: Proficiency in school management systems such as SIMS or Bromcom. Ideal: A current DBS certificate registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ️ Responsibilities Include: Managing attendance and pupil records. Handling incoming calls and emails. Supporting staff with administrative tasks. Updating and maintaining school databases.
