Project Manager / PMO – Finance Transformation & Reporting

Job Description

Your role As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in the structuring, coordination and successful delivery of transformation projects for our clients. You will work at the crossroads of finance, technology and strategy, helping leading organizations design and deploy financial reporting and performance management solutions that support their transformation ambitions. You will oversee projects that typically unfold over several months and in multiple phases, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical implementation, and organizational adoption. Your work will involve close collaboration with both client teams and internal experts (finance, data, IT, operations). Your responsibilities will include: Leading and structuring advisory and transformation projects in corporate finance (transactions, performance improvement, restructuring, etc.) Managing the deployment of financial reporting tools (planning, budgeting, consolidation, dashboarding) Ensuring the consistency, quality, and timeliness of deliverables and recommendations Coordinating stakeholders — from top management to operational teams — and facilitating workshops and governance routines Anticipating project risks, dependencies, and change management needs Contributing to high-value deliverables: steering committees, transformation roadmaps, and analytical reports Supporting the development of our finance transformation offering and sharing best practices across the firm Your profile Graduated from a top-tier business or engineering school 2–4 years of experience in project management or PMO, ideally in a top consulting firm or transformation environment Prior exposure to finance, performance management, or reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Anaplan, Tagetik, TM1, SAP BPC) is a strong plus Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to structure and drive complex initiatives Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders A team player, curious and autonomous, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment Fluent in French and English Why join us You will be part of a growing team developing a structured offering at the intersection of finance, data, and transformation.
