Role Overview : As part of the structuring and growth of our HR function, Unlimitail is creating a key role dedicated to building strong HR foundations and implementing a scalable, fair, and structured Compensation & Benefits policy. This role sits at the heart of the professionalization of our HR practices, combining strategic vision, project management, and operational execution to enhance employee experience and drive performance. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the HR Project & Compensation Lead will manage cross-functional HR projects, focusing on Compensation & Benefits, HR process optimization, and the implementation of core HR frameworks and tools. Your Mission : Compensation & Benefits Design and implement the internal job classification framework (Job Grading) and reference roles across the organization. Build and structure a comprehensive Compensation & Benefits policy (base salary, variable pay, bonuses, perks, company car policy, etc.). Conduct salary analyses, benchmarks, and internal equity studies for the Executive Committee. Support talent attraction and retention through a data-driven approach to compensation. HR Projects Lead cross-functional HR projects : scoping, planning, governance, and reporting. Contribute to the implementation and optimization of HR tools (ATS, HR dashboards). Define and monitor HR indicators (C&B KPIs, performance, engagement, learning) and ensure their reliability. Career Development & Performance Design and formalize career paths and internal mobility frameworks (processes, tools, and managerial support). Support the rollout of the annual review and performance evaluation processes . Partner with HRBPs and managers to ensure consistent application of development and promotion policies. Culture & People Development Embed Unlimitail’s values and key behaviors into HR practices: recruitment, recognition, and mobility. Support managerial capability building through training materials, HR tools, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Contribute to the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and the employer brand internally and externally. What we’re looking for : 5 to 7 years of experience in an HR role with exposure to Compensation & Benefits, People Analytics, or HR Project Management , ideally within a fast-growing or international environment (scale-up, large group, or consulting). Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals : compensation, job classification, mobility, performance, and development. Professional fluency in English . Strong data literacy, analytical and synthesis skills . Excellent command of Excel and Google Sheets Proven project management and formalization capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a business partner mindset . Rigorous, autonomous, and results-oriented .
