Overview Agentic Python Engineer - Remote - Latin America. Join to apply for this role at FullStack Labs. What We’re Looking For 5 years of professional software development experience. Advanced English is required. Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required. Proven experience working with Python and Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI). Experience using AI engineering tools to accelerate software development (e.g., OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or similar). Ability to prompt, guide, and review AI-generated code to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability. Hands-on experience with AI-assisted or agentic development workflows, including orchestrating, validating, and integrating model-produced code into larger systems. Experience implementing code agents to automate or facilitate software engineering tasks. Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed. Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications. Attention to detail, a positive mindset, and a can-do attitude. Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams and on large, complex systems. Ability to take extreme ownership over your work and align with client goals and commitments. Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week. Responsibilities Integrate directly into the client’s team and collaborate with designers and engineers on a daily basis. Contribute to development of software using Python and relevant AI-assisted workflows. Promote code quality, performance, and maintainability across projects.
