Responsibilities Contribute to profitable growth by driving signings and revenue targets, managing margins and backlog growth, and pursuing a pipeline of business development opportunities. Lead client engagement with CXO-level relationships, guiding multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements and delivering high-quality client work with senior stakeholders. Drive operational excellence by achieving utilization targets, overseeing delivery on complex engagements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide leadership and people development, fostering a culture of curiosity, innovation and commercially-focused, value-added execution. Shape and drive the company’s strategic initiatives using industry and technology expertise; align with Kyndryl’s strategic vision and contribute to its execution; develop thought leadership and intellectual capital. Qualifications Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level. Proven ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives. Track record of leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in a consulting, corporate or public sector environment. Strong financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins. Experience managing or supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders. Deep understanding of industry trends and technology, and a credible personal brand in the industry. Proven ability to innovate and drive change.
