Required Skills and Experience Hands-on experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics consulting Proven ability to translate business needs into analytical use cases and technical requirements Proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data analysis, including data wrangling, statistical modeling, and visualization Strong experience with Analytics and BI platforms such as Microsoft Power BI (Fabric), Workday PRISM, One Model, or similar tools Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance Demonstrated ability to independently conduct data exploration, build dashboards, and present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and influence decision-making Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams and collaborating with developers, data scientists, and business leaders Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, global environment with a diverse and collaborative team Bachelor’s in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field Advanced English proficiency required to collaborate with global teams Preferred Skills and Experience Experience in workforce analytics, HR data, or professional services Cloud platform certification, e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty or Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field Data Science experience with predictive analytics and machine learning models Being You Diversity is a core value.
