Student Recruitment Officer Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 Contract: Full-time, Permanent Location: Manchester Old Trafford M16 & Business School M3 (with UK travel) Hours: 37.5 per week Reports to: Student Recruitment Manager Our client does things differently. What You'll Be Doing As a Student Recruitment Officer, you'll be at the forefront of their growth strategy driving student numbers through dynamic outreach, strategic account management, and high-impact presentations. You'll be a brand ambassador, building relationships with schools, colleges, communities, and prospective students across the UK. Sales-focused recruitment: Own your pipeline, nurture leads, and convert interest into enrolments. Target-driven performance: Work to clear KPIs and growth targets across allocated regions and accounts. Engaging presentations: Represent our client at events, delivering inspiring talks that spark curiosity and drive applications. Strategic partnerships: Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and support ongoing student referrals. Collaborative working: Partner with admissions, marketing, and student experience teams to deliver a seamless applicant journey. What They're Looking For: Experienced in sales, business development or student recruitment, with a consultative approach. A confident presenter with exceptional communication skills.
