Graduate Account Executive Base - 40k OTE - Uncapped (80k) Flourish are hiring for a rapidly scaling business in the Cybersecurity sector. This is not your average sales role, this is an opportunity to contribute to the growth of the next cybersecurity unicorn. This is a role for exceptional high performers, mediocrity is not wanted. The Role: This is a full 360 degree sales role, with an SDR team as well as inbound enquiries supporting your pipeline. You'll be expected to build your own pipeline also & you will be expected to grind. Responsibilities: Building your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and lead generation. Running high level demonstrations and discovery calls to prospective clients. Managing the full 360 sales lifecycle from opportunity to deal close. Supporting SDRs in their development. Required traits and skills: Discipline and self drive is a non-negotiable 2 years SDR experience This is not the average 9-5 you must be prepared to put in the hours Exceptional communication skills A background in Cybersales is beneficial Resilience and ambition is non negotiable Benefits: Hybrid and remote working Opportunity to attend international events and client meetings.
