Founded in 2024 by Viviane Meister and Bruno Alano (ex‑OpenAI) and accelerated by NVIDIA, AWS and Google. We develop our own foundational models from the ground up—without relying on third‑party solutions—to deliver innovative insights that empower some of the leading enterprises across Latin America. Today we focus on three main areas: (1) boosting underwriting; (2) increasing enterprise revenue through hyper‑personalization of offerings to SMBs; and (3) customer segmentation to attract the right kind of SMBs to the sales funnel. The Role This role is for a marketer who loves translating complex technical products into crisp clarity. You’ll shape how a new made‑in‑Brazil AI model positions itself with C‑Suite and Leaders at top‑tier Brazilian companies. You'll be the voice that makes a complex product extremely simple to understand - and a critical force behind our go‑to‑market strategy. As our first Marketing hire, you will be pivotal in creating awareness of what we do while accelerating our B2B growth with the right customers. This is both a strategic and hands‑on position, all in Avra style. You will work at a high level: defining our market narrative, positioning our product, adapting as our strategy evolves; and you will get your hands dirty: building creative mock‑ups, coordinating events for clients, running our social media platform and working as the company’s PR arm. The ideal candidate must have B2B / enterprise experience. Responsibilities Marketing strategy & execution for a new brand in a new segment. You will be running the marketing ship independently, owning all marketing efforts for Avra. Understand our customers to define and adapt our Product Marketing: work closely with Product, Sales and Customer Services to create compelling messaging and support new product launches. Generate influential marketing content: manage a content strategy that establishes Avra as a thought leader in AI, fintech and model building space (coordinating blog posts, case studies, leadership articles, whitepapers). Drive visibility of Avra brand to the right audiences. Use your existing network, build a network and work with our third‑party PR partner to drive presence in media outlets and events. Own our website and all our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram). Own marketing performance & data: take full ownership of marketing KPIs and manage the marketing budget. Market intelligence: stay on top of industry trends and the competitive landscape. Design and deliver high‑touch, personalized events for our enterprise clients. Industry: B2B SaaS marketing, especially enterprise; experience in fast‑paced early‑stage startup a plus. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field not required; track record matters.
