What you’ll bring to the table: Hospitality / Lodge Management Diploma 3–5 years’ experience in a 5★ lodge or boutique property (Big 5 reserve experience = gold stars ✨) Solid beverage knowledge (cocktail skills = bonus bragging rights!)
