Job Description
Duties: Lead, mentor, and motivate your kitchen team with excellence and empathy. Design and execute refined, seasonal menus that surprise and delight our guests. Bring creativity to every detail from breakfast by the waterhole to candlelit dinners under the stars. Maintain the highest standards of presentation, organisation, and food safety. Collaborate closely with management to align every culinary moment with the Jabulani experience. Engage with guests, sharing the inspiration behind your cuisine with warmth and professionalism. Requirements: Grade 12 A formally qualified chef with a fine-dining background (luxury lodge or boutique hotel experience preferred). 5 years in a senior kitchen role, with strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Passion for storytelling through food, using seasonal and sustainable ingredients. Organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. Guest-centric with a refined sense of presentation and service.
