This is a full-time contract role with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Provide evidence-based PT care to a diverse patient population (outpatient-focused with some inpatient). Manage a daily caseload of 10–12 patients (may increase with longer shifts). Perform 30-minute outpatient treatments and 60-minute evaluations. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR. Float to different units/facilities within skillset as required. Qualifications: License: Active WI Physical Therapist license (required). Certifications: AHA BLS (required). Experience: Minimum 3 years PT experience preferred. New grads welcome to apply.
