What you’ll be doing Deliver Building Surveying and project management commissions from inception through completion. Take ownership of client relationships — building trust and securing repeat work. Lead on a mix of project work and professional instructions including dilapidations, technical due diligence, and defect analysis. Mentor graduate and APC-level surveyors, helping shape their technical and professional development. Contribute to business development through networking, proposals, and cross-discipline collaboration. What you’ll bring Experience within Building Surveying, ideally in a consultancy environment. Strong technical knowledge across both professional and project work. MRICS (or working towards it) with ambition to progress to Associate level. Confident communication skills and an ability to lead conversations with clients. A proactive approach and enthusiasm to take ownership of your career development.
