You’ll work alongside some of the best minds in structural design, helping shape buildings and spaces that improve lives and protect our planet for future generations. What You’ll Be Doing Deliver structural engineering designs across a range of high-profile projects in the public and private sectors. Prepare, review, and present designs, drawings, and calculations . Collaborate closely with Senior and Associate Engineers on project delivery and resource planning. Support and mentor graduate engineers and technicians . Attend site visits and project meetings , contributing technical insight and creative design input. Assist in preparing bids and fee proposals , supporting the team’s continued growth. Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations 2015 and internal QMS procedures. About You You’re an ambitious, forward-thinking engineer who’s already on your chartership journey (IStructE or ICE) and eager to continue developing your leadership and project management skills. You’ll bring: A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent). Proven experience working in a design-led consultancy environment . Strong technical ability with a creative, problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A passion for sustainable design and architecture.
