️ Structural Engineer – Glasgow Glasgow (Hybrid – 2/3 days office) £40,000 – £50,000 Benefits Chartership Support Confidential consultancy | Buildings & Infrastructure (UK-wide) About the Role I’m recruiting a Structural Engineer who wants real progression, varied projects, and a collaborative team. You’ll work across buildings and infrastructure portfolios in Scotland and the wider UK, taking ownership of design packages, supporting site delivery, and contributing to high-quality technical outputs. Key Responsibilities Deliver structural analysis and detailed design to current codes, standards, and H&S requirements. Produce and contribute to drawings, specifications, and technical reports . Attend site inspections , liaise with contractors, and resolve design queries during construction. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate robust, buildable solutions. Support seniors and mentor graduates , helping raise the technical bar. About You BEng/MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering . Progressing toward chartership (IStructE/ICE). Proven design experience in steel, concrete, timber, and masonry . Confident with industry software (e.g., TSD, Tedds or similar). Clear communicator, team player, and comfortable managing deadlines. Prior UK consultancy experience and a clean driving licence . What’s on Offer £40,000 – £50,000 (DOE) flexible, hybrid working. Structured CPD and professional fees paid .
